We need to ascertain where the glitches are – what are the pain points?

Once we know them we can assess how they are working or not working, what could be smoother, what would make the client journey better, enhanced.

Each time we have a different entry point for a contact we add a Tag.  This will enable you to target a specific group of people when sending out future emails with content and offers.
